    Hoo boy- my new full Spice is off to the races. I'm loving my new agent- she whipped that thing into shape like nobody's business. I think I'll keep her :P

    But now I have butterflies. I almost think I prefer it going into slush so that I can forget about it :S

    Hugs on the r Shayla. We've all had them, but I like to (try) to think of them as a good thing- it means you're getting out there and subbing! Lots of people who "write" never actually finish anything, or never submit. So kudos to you girl!

    I might have to pop over to check out your other titles now. I'm not setting foot outdoors. Day before yesterday I was wearing sandals, and then yesterday we had a freak blizzard. Warm and yet three feet of snow. No joke!

    When I had my pitch with Susan she said it was about 2- but it's always good to gird your loins for a longer haul. My first Brief submission was supposed to be running at about 3 months... 5 1/2 later...

    I agree with Vivi on the 4-6 weeks... but you should also know that that's a SUPER FAST time frame. Lots of houses... you don't want to know :S
