That'll teach me for being MIA for so long.
Carol, we're expecting a call from Julie sometime today too.
Biddy, sounds like you had a FAB holiday. Yep, very jealous over here. Have a good meeting on Saturday.

Feeling a bit overwhelmed at all the catching up I need to do as I've been AWOL for far too long!
MEGA Congratulations to everybody who has something to celebrate - especially fellow IS entrants. MEGA hugs to the rest of us who aren't celebrating and a reminder to NEVER GIVE UP.
When I say I'm behind with everything I'm not exaggerating. I feel like a lifetime has passed since I was last here. Everything feels very exciting in the Romance world. If anybody feels like emailing me with a summary of the catch-up news I've missed I'd be eternally grateful.
Love to all,
Sue

Such a relief that we can all put the competition behind us
.
MEGA CONGRATS to the winners and hugs and commiserations to the rest of us. I think we've all learned loads by entering and our writing can only get better for it.
Keeping my fingers crossed that some from eHarl forums will receive requests/encouragement from the eds.
Well, it's onwards and upwards for me, and a reminder to everybody who entered to NEVER GIVE UP!
Thanks to all the wonderful authors for putting up with us on here.
Love,

over here
I don't think it was anybody from the eHarl forums, but just incase they're lurking CONGRATULATIONS!
Loads of hugs to the rest of us, and remember NEVER GIVE UP. I think we can all be happy that our enthusiasm has made the eds sit up and notice us.
Happy Easter everyone!
Love,

Picture this:
Shaking every time an email pops up.
Phone rings.
Gray answers it upstaIrs.
Gray comes running down.
He says, "It's for you. It's MILLS & BOON"
I say, "Ha, ha. NOT funny."
He says, "It's Mills & Boon."
He hands me the phone. I know it can't be possible.
I say, "Hello?"
THEY say, Hi. It's MILLS & BOON."
I give a pregnant pause.
They say, "READER SERVICE..."
AAARGHHH!
Gray is
and says, "Forget about the competition."
I say, "I'm not expecting anything." yeah right! "I just want to know that I haven't won, or received a request. THEN I'll forget about the competition..."
Tell me, can the waiting get any more painful?!
