Hi Janet! I always enjoy seeing your posts.

Masked by Moonlight is a fun read--I finished it last night. We have a very reluctant hero. And I mean hero in the true sense of the word--enter the mask and hidden identity. As I journeyed through the book I was reminded a little of Zorro. Wealthy merchant heir by day, masked hero by night. He falls for the lady. She, of course, is falling for The Black Bandit.

    Have a lovely day!

Thanks Janet--it's good to be posting again.

I'm so thankful the fire is under control.  For some reason it really stressed me out this time -- I was obsessed with getting information and became glued to the internet.  The windows rattling as the choppers and planes flew overhead have laid a new level of realism for when I read that next book set in WWII London.  But the Lord is good.  I *knew* I needed to get to church on Sunday to find some normalcy and, sure enough, I was much calmer afterwards.

    Blessings,

Just to check in and let you know that though I haven't been posting, I've been lurking here and on the other SH forums, so you haven't gotten rid of me yet Wink

I just went on a book reivew spree and am all caught up. It's the charity donation that keeps me posting reviews. If you haven't done one yet, now's the time!

I've been enjoying the new LIH line very much. I'm looking forward to summer and lots of time to read.

    Blessings,

Katherine T -- I just gave the "Community search" you mention a try and it works very quickly (as in just a few seconds) for me. I'm also using XP but I'm using Firefox, not IE. Just thought I'd add that to the information mix.

no wonder I don't see them. when clicking on a forum in favorites it takes me to the beginning and there aren't any red "new"

christa--I think you explained it to me. When I look at the Steeple Hill stuff, I get there through "favorites" When I look at Book Challenge, I get there through the forum itself. For a test I just went to a Steeple Hill forum via the forum instead of "favorites" and it took me to the correct page complete with the cute red "new". Thanks!

Aurelene -- you can post a reveiw even if someone else has reviewed the book.  Every review counts for the charity donation book count.  Multiple reviews are nice because it can give a reader different views on the book.

Anita Mae--I've read some of your reviews!  Thanks!

    another smilie just because...Wink
