There's nothing in the works right now, but that doesn't mean there won't be :) One day I'd really love to tell Julia and Tristan's daughter's story.
Katie's brother, too, would be a lot of fun. They made me laugh from the moment they stepped onto the page. :)

She's for Sabin (the warrior possessed by the demon of Doubt). I meant to write Paris (Promiscuity) or Aeron (Wrath) but this woman would not fit either of them. :)

I was struck by a terrible stomach flu and am only now emerging from bed. That's what I get for teasing Jill Monroe about having it :)
Writing the mom frm Catch A Mate -- you know, I had never thought about it before. I think I'd try a character like that as a secondary love story first. To get my feet wet, so to speak.

Thank you so much!! You absolutely brightened my day!
I do have a favorite series :) Lords of the Underworld. I'm completely enraptured by them. Can't get enough. The heroine of the next book came to me last night and I'm already in love with her.

Absolutely! I'm always happy to discuss my Lords.
I’ve taken the myth of Pandora and completely turned it upside down! I claim the gods entrusted Pandora, the greatest warrior of her time, to guard the box. But a group of immortal warriors fought and won it, opened it, and unleashed the horde of demons locked inside. Because of this, the gods punish each warrior to house a demon inside his own body. So the warriors become the box, so to speak. It’s not an easy pairing, either.
Maddox, the hero of The Darkest Night, is keeper of Violence. He's been cursed to die every night only to awaken the next morning knowing he has to die again. I tried to stay true to his character and show his fierce struggle with the demon. Sometimes, he does not win that struggle and the demon overtakes him. His heroine, Ashlyn, is able to stand in one location and hear every conversation that’s ever taken place there.
Lucien, the hero of The Darkest Kiss, is keeper of Death. He’s been ordered to escort the goddess of Anarchy’s soul to the hereafter. The tempestuous and fun-loving Anya views his attempts as a game.
Reyes, the hero of The Darkest Pleasure, is keeper of Pain. He’s forbidden to know pleasure. Actually, pain is his pleasure. Danika, his heroine, is being chased by his best friend, the demon of Wrath, for reasons the warriors do not yet know. - 02/27/2008 - 22:16Happens a lot :) Valerian raised his hand in Jewel of Atlantis and there was no saying no to him. Layel has always had a special place in my heart, but my Lords of the Underworld showed up and there was no turning away from them. Characters are my weakness LOL
- 02/27/2008 - 19:59If the book plot stays the same as it is now, then they both have pretty intense hook ups in Twice As Hot. (I sometimes change my mind about major plots in a book after the rough draft is done and rewrite completely. I won't know for sure whether that'll happen in this one until I dive back in for a read) However, I would love to tell their stories one day. I adore those guys!

I think she means Twice As Hot, the sequel to Playing With Fire (a rough draft I just finished this week, yea!!!)
Belle and Rome are the stars of this book, as well. The entire gang is back -- Tanner, Cody, Sherridan, Lexis -- as Belle goes after her first scrim, Desert Gal, and finds her powers are more volatile than ever. You'll meet a few more superheroes, a few more supervillians, as Belle tries to plan her wedding to Rome. But Rome --okay, I'm about to spill the entire plot LOL I'll stop. :)

I'm always happy to talk about my work LOL When working on a rough draft, I write a chapter a day, five days a week until the draft is done. That takes about a month and a half. Then I'll read through it, making changes, adding/fixing/deleting. Then, if I have time, I'll read it again. The entire process takes about 3 months.
Di, Thank you so much, you sweetie!!!
