I can remember when it came to town every two weeks,and how much time I spent there even though it wasn't huge.    Was nice as my grandparents lived two houses from the old store where it parked. I got started with The Bobbsey Twins then onto Nancy Drew and  Cherry Ames. Great way for a country farm girl to grow up.       Have a great week,everyone! Cheryl

next year when you put in your tomato plants,put newspaper around the stem on the ground then water it.  Know it sounds silly but my family and I have done it for years and never had the fungus problem plus it helps keep tomato worms away too. My tomato plants are doing well so am able to enjoy nice fresh ones.  Cheryl

My eye exam went very well,and am pleased to report,the 2 hemorrhages have healed although I have another tiny one but he said it also will heal in a week. All looks good but I do have 3 "floaters" which will be there the rest of my life but don't present a problem other than making me frustrated at times,but I can live with that.  He said I could have coughed,sneezed or lifted something to cause the problem.  DD3 reminded me when I sneeze it is so loud and violent I scare people,and I have been sneezing alot due to sinus. Plus I had lifted granddaughter many times Sat.plus laundry and jugs of water.   But I am very relieved,and want to thank you for praying,Margaret,Janet,Merrillee,and Nike,it helped so much.   Am praying for Julia and relief for her.  Have a great weekend!   Cheryl

Hi Jayne, Have noticed that when I post a book review or comment,it doesn't list as "new" as everyone else's does. Am I doing something wrong or is it just confirming the fact that I am "old"? Just curious,thanks so much for your help and all that you do to keep this site going. Cheryl
