I'm doing well..just reading through all the messages.  :)  Working on new historical stuff now and am awaiting revisions on book #5 that I turned in a week ago.

Jamie--yes, Wedded to the Enemy is my Victorian Cinderella story.  I turned it in last week, and hopefully will get revisions on that in the near future.  Now I'm working on new stuff.  ;)

Jules--Come and see me at the Literacy signing.  And that goes for the other SubCare folks, too.  Please don't leave me all alone.... :) You really don't have to buy a book--we don't get royalties off those, so just coming to say hi is welcome!  ;)

Kathleen-- I missed your comment earlier, but yes, I will be signing my book in San Francisco.  I sure hope they have copies this year!  Last year, they didn't and I brought a few of my own. 

As for pen names, I write under my maiden name. :)  If I had it to do over, I might have picked a different last name that was shorter.  Font size is a bit small when they try to fit my entire name on one line.

Chloe--make sure you send the first three chapters with your synopsis and letter.  The UK office will want to see a proposal, not just a query (it's different than the NY or Toronto offices).  Good luck!

Christyne, I already posted on your party thread, but I think it bears saying again--congratulations!!  Wear that tiara proudly!  :)

 Sue--big, big hugs to you.  Here's hoping that the next mss is exactly what they're looking for.  And who knows, maybe someday you'll be able to rework this one and sell it, too.  :)

Clarisa--good luck with the full!  Take every word of the editor's comments and put them to good use.  They wouldn't have taken the time to e-mail if they didn't like your writer's voice, so you're halfway there!
