The voices in my head are running through possible plots for a new Brief. Just don't have time to do more than make notes right now! But the voices won't be still! LOL

At least the waiting is over. Sometimes I think that's worse than the actual rejection! Considering I had two R's in one week--the one from Spice and an antho submission to another pub--I'm feeling a little down! I did get a hot new cover for my next EC release in between rejections so I perked up a little! LOL

But I have three more stories on submission with three different publishers. So I have plenty of "rejectable" opportunities brewing! *cackle* Not to mention the story I have to finish by May 15th! So I won't dwell on the bad stuff!

After more than nine months, I finally received word from Spice Brief...the word being "reject"! *pouts* LOL  Oh, well... I'll try again once I finish the current WIPs. Maybe the next one won't take so long!

I'm so jealous! Sounds like everyone had a great time at RT. I wanted to go this year but just couldn't swing it. Hopefully, there's next year!

I was lucky enough to meet Chris from Dorchester at the SARA conference last year. Delilah Devlin and I picked him up at the airport. I think my driving scared him but he was fun to talk to!

Sounds like things are hoppin' in here.

 I wish I were going to RT but alas, no. I'm trying to sweat with Sven but I haven't done great for the first month. Only about 18k. Busy month.

I'm still waiting to hear about my Brief...going on nearly 8 months. I sent a followup earlier this month but the only email address I had was the subs one so my follow up is probably in the queue... *headdesk*  LOL

Angeleque, you and I must have subbed around the same time. I'm closing in on the six month mark. Mine didn't necessarily have an HEA either. The H/h weren't in love. Just having really good sex! *cackle*
