ACCCK, don't tell me she sleeps with him before she tells him about the twins.    Do women really lose all sense of themelves and get controlled by lust?   I love my dh dearly and wouldn't give him up for the world... but I couldn't see myself in a situation where lust took over all my senses even with dh!

Wow that is pretty cool also, gonna have to find some time to learn this stuff.  I think I'll wait until I get my laptop though.

I have decided I want a laptop for work instead of a desktop here at the office and one at home in Volcano.  I've been using gotomypc.com to transfer/sync. files, but it still takes forever...

Happy Birthday Tina!   Hau'oli la hanau (you have the hau'oli la above here is hah-now)  Hau'oli is happy, la is day and hanau is birth.

I"m present, not so sure I'm awake!  I am at work though.  Had a banana for breakfast, but think I'll go order something from Zippy's.

Hey Aurelene,  I noticed on one of the earlier posts you had the lilikoi jam.  Isn't that a great tasting jam?

I have worked 12 to 14 hour days most of my life.  Even when I was going to school full time, I was working pretty much full time and involved with community.  So it hasn't been a big deal.  When ds was on Oahu with me I use to work a lot less, but I was still up late because I use to work then do things with him  and dh, then do things for myself.   Even now, I went to bed at around midnight last night and I still woke up at 5:15.  Sometimes I wish I could sleep later, but I always seem to get up as long as the sun is coming up!  If I'm up, I may as well come to work and get things done.  It's so hard to find people that will work the way you want them too!  I do get tired a lot quicker these days though, I'm figuring it's age catching up with me...  just got to get to bed earlier or figure out a way to sleep longer in the mornings...

Well I think I'm going to order something for breakfast, the banana isn't going to hold over to lunch since I ate it at 5:30 this morning!  It's a little after 7 am now.

LOL, they're squishy N&NsLaughing    I'd love to see that link also!

The kids do seem to grow up fast!  Can't believe ds is 13 already and the girls are noticing him (he still could care less, but I'm sure that's not going to be for much longer--yikes).  He was just a baby...

May day is a big deal in Hawaii.  Almost all of the schools have some kind of program, plus there are concerts and lei contests and all kinds of stuff going on all over the state!

Just cruising through before i go home!

DH is still having back problems and elbow problems.  He goes to PT tomorrow.  Hope it helps.  Been trying to get him to go to the doctor, but he keeps telling me "all she'll do is tell me to rest"...  arrrrgh, what is it with men and doctor visits!

Well, I'm hungry so I better get going.  I just realized it's 8 pm and I"ve been here since 6:30 amSurprised  I was busy working and the time has flown by.

    Leaving it evenLaughing

You have a while before you need to think about high school.   DS is in 8th grade now and graduates on the 31st!  I emailed you a picture from the May day program they had in school!

I hope to be around more often, bookmarking this in favorites helps, don't know why I didn't think of it soonerEmbarassed

Sounds like gramma is not a very happy camper and does not want to lose her caregiver, so takes advantage of Becca's shy nature.

April, I thought along the same lines all along... that the grandmother is part of Becca's problem...  she takes advantage of Becca's shyness and poor self esteem.... probaby even contributes to it.

Never thought about the parents taking advantage of her...   but you're right, they should not let Becca bear the brunt of the caregiving.

Wonder if there are any other relatives around...   It seems Becca has gotten herself into a rut with her grandmother...

I'm sure Davis will get gramma to church and open her eyes to what she is doing to Becca...  bet gramma doesn't like him at first though as he will be a threat if he starts romancing her caregiver...

Aloha Dee,  I've been busy and haven't been around too much.  I'm going to have to bookmark this column in favorites so I can find you quick when I have a few minutes.  Cool

Just went cruising through and checked out the pics of the little squishies.  They are so adorable!

Happy belated (very belated!) birthday! If it was the 24th, you're the same day as AprilLaughing.  Happy belated mama's day also!

Hope the family is well and Gio is doing OK with school.  I'm dreading high school for my ds.  Tried to get him into a small charter school, but he's been on the waiting list since September and it doesn't look good.  I'm afraid he is going to have problems in the high school.  He's only been to small schools.  The high school has  more students in 9th grade then there is in the whole K-8 school he's in now.Surprised   I do not relish the though of doing his IEP with all new teachers, administrators counselors, etc.  ARGHHH

Well I better get going...  see ya around!
