#351 Dance of Seduction by Elle Kennedy (Samhain)

Ellie was a ballet dancer until an accident broke her ankle, caused a miscarriage and thereby ended her career, her hopes of natural motherhood and her engagement to the jerk who dumped her because she couldn't have his babies. She moved to a small town to dance in Vivian (her best friend's mother)'s bar to hide and heal but her brother Josh won't leave her alone (she hasn't told him her ballet dreams are over) so he sends his best friend Luke to persuade her to go "home". Ellie tells Luke she'll only go home if they spend a night together, in an attempt to scare him away. Meanwhile Josh who wants Vivian in his bed has arrived but Vivian thinks she's too old for him. He doesn't want Ellie to know he's there but she spots them. Has he ruined everything? Can he change both Ellie's and Vivian's minds?
Josh drove me nuts, he's lucky I'm the other side of the Atlantic or he would have had painful ones after that trick with the bank accounts. I would have appreciated more tying up of loose ends between Ellie and Josh when they did meet up, with her calling him on HIS behaviour instead of defending her own. I would also liked Josh to have more difficulty in convincing Vivian, but then I'm vindictive by nature Cool
