Annabelle is a real-estate developer who needs Ben's small cove for access to the expensive development plot she just bought. Ben doesn't want to sell, but bankruptcy looms for Annabelle. Then she falls in love with this laid-back layabout ex-mountie. What happens if he still refuses to sell?
The underlying preachy moralizing message behind both characters got on my nerves and spoiled my enjoyment and Ben's deception really annoyed me. Maybe it was just my mood but this one just didn't romance me!
