Evie is a forty-something entertainer finding it difficult to win auditions against the young competition so after she flashes boobs at bored auditioners who annoy her, her ex-husband and agent sends her on an improvisation gig in the Caribbean for a week. Enter Arch, gorgeous conman masquerading as a gorgeous besotted husband in order to find the conman who killed someone he loved. Could this mean a permanent career change for Evie?
Very funny in spots. I loved Evie's dedication to playing Sugar as well as she could, and her instincts for who people actually were. Glad I have the second one in my TBR, though I think I'll read a few between the two.

I was surprised to find I enjoyed it as much as I did. I too hvae the second in my TBR, but since I don't read at anywhere near your speed no telling when I'll read it.

Too Funny
I just posted my review of All About Evie this morning. I read it this weekend, I really liked it and gave it my highest rating. I'll read the 2nd book soon and Beth says she is almost finished with the 3rd book.

400?
You need to read faster. At this rate, you will only read 960 books in 12 months. You need to read 6 more books a month. Go on. You know you want to. Do it for the Gipper.
