Sam can't understand his fascination with the murder weapon for a
crime committed years earlier on the other side of the country, so
he's more than willing to deliver it in person. Liz can't understand
why she's cancelled her wedding twice for no good reason and is
having strange dreams and then Sam gives her the gun and they
feel a strange connection, though they've never met. Could this be
an eternal crime round again to be played out as before?
This was fascinating and very enjoyable but I felt that the name was
misleading, that it didn't reflect the fascination. I loved the way the
story was set up, the creepy atmosphere, the logic and the ending.

I enjoyed this one too. In fact, I've been having fun getting to know the SRS line. There is definitely some talent there.

Mine arrived today....
I just came across this review, Sadhbh, and it's a coincidence because my copy arrived on my doorstep today (I'm supposed to stick to reading from my TBR pile and not order any new books, but I can't help myself). Glad to read your review. Sounds like it's going to be a good read for July (I'm severely back-logged).

I'm sure I will.
BTW, are you feeling a little better now, Sadhbh? I know you were feeling bogged-down a few days ago. Hope things are looking up!

Hi Sadhbh
I read Jackson's Women and it was really good. I have this one in my tbr. I've always liked Maggie Price's books.

Okay, I knew I had it. I just moved it to the top of my TBR pile. Or I should say I moved it to the top of the TBR pile that is closest to my bed. . . I have three TBR piles in front of a 4-shelf TBR bookcase, and several TBR boxes sitting beside the bookcase. . .
Should keep me reading for a while, eh? Now I just need to find the time to do a little blogging. . .
