It is an agency that works for businesses and business men to setup parties and gala affairs, decorate rooms and houses and offices and cater to all.
She is very quiet about her past but spotting Damien Sauer at Ethan and Mary’s wedding is way to big a thing to be a coincidence. Tess and Damien were a thing back in college and she left him for the safety card. Too bad that card was not what she anticipated. Damien was a carpenter back then, much in demand from the local builders. He grew very focused and over the past six years has accumulated quite a fortune in real estate holdings and deals. He has come to get even with Tess for dumping him for ‘Safe’ Henry.
At the wedding he tells her that she will do a job for him or he will not allow her company to keep there offices….. he is the landlord. The job turns out to be the first property he ever bought. He wants her to fix it up…. Cost is not a consideration… and it has to be done in two weeks… Oh. And it is just before Christmas. Rather than disappoint her partners or even tell them what is going on, she accepts the challenge.
The story of how they come together and clear up some of the past due lingering remnants of betrayal is really done well. I really enjoyed this series and hope to read other books from this author.
