Max was an interesting character. Lilli was "wholesome". Wish I understood better how she managed to get involved with Tony.

I absolutely loved this
I absolutely loved this book, right up until that twist at the end. About 30 pages in I felt this was a keeper, the characters were great as individuals and hugely combustive together. I loved that he wanted her so bad that it was never awkward for him that she was pregnant with another man's baby. I think the author did a kickass job building the characters and their lives together. But that twist... ewwww, so wrong that the heroine has to live with that. :( Poor thing.

That twist at the end almost reuined it for me. Poor her. Why did that have to get thrown in. I don't think it added to the story in any way. It was actually more of a distraction and and in a sense left the book hanging with loose ends.
