This is the first book in Kathleen O'Reilly's "The Red Choo Diaries" series. I don't remember reading anything else by this author, but I'm enjoying this series. Beyond Breathless is about billionaire Andrew Brooks and Jamie McNamara. Jamie and Andrew both need to get to CT when a power outage in NYC halts all train travel. Andrew rents a car and it turns out to be a Hummer limo (yuck). But, something happens to them while they are in traffic and neither can resist the other. The have crazy sex in the back and then both are embarrassed about it though Andrew wants to see Jamie again. Jamie agrees until somehow their experience ends up on a sex blog called "Red Choo Diaries". Both of these characters are driven and ambitious. Jamie especially thinks she has no time for a relationship, but Andrew can't get enough of her and wants to see where the liason might lead. I liked this book. It was fun seeing how Andrew and Jamie could try to work around their ambition and Jamie's jealousy to be together. I've already started Jeff Brooks' story Beyond Daring. Jeff is Andrew's younger, not quite as ambitious brother. The next book Beyond Seduction is about Andrew and Jeff's younger sister Mercedes Brooks. Good series.
