Justin Brandt on a leave from his latest SEAL mission is looking for a lot of fun and relaxation during his down time. His most arduous task for the next 24 hours is spending time in the arms of the blonde currently using the pool. Then his friend Turk calls asking him to protect his sister, Ava, assistant A.D.A. Justin hasn't seen Ava for a long time but she needs protection due to the case she is handling.
Ava has no wish to get involved with a Navy man since he is puttingl himself in danger everyday. She grew up with that as her father was in the Navy and her brother is also serviing. When Justin appears on the scene she is not happy but soon learns that she needs him for more than just protection.
This was a very enjoyable read. Lots of suspense and sexual tension that kept the book hard to put down.
