Yet another delightful novel from Southern writer Mary Kay Andrews. I just love Weezie, her main character with her quirks, her antiques and decorating skills and her penchant for mayhem. Her rival gay decorator neighbors and her gorgeous fiance and her best friend Bebe round out a cast of odd ball but lovable folk you'd love to have living in your neighborhood just to keep things lively and fun. There was just enough mystery to keep the plot moving forward, although I did guess the identity early on of Weezie's mystery canape thief, and it all came together in a happy ending that seemed a little too convenient. I have to check her website, but I do hope she's planning on more books for Weezie!
