From Boardwalk With Love by Nina Bangs (Love Spell, 2003)

What can you say about a book whose heroine’s code name is 36DD? Hmmm…XD

From the back cover:
“The world’s richest man, Owen Sitall, was a flop at a certain game. As a child he’d only beaten the dolts his father paid to lose; as an adult he built an enormous board so he could win on his own. And he left nothing to chance. His island was a playground for the beautiful and rich with community chests. But he and his bodyguard Peter Bilt didn’t know that L.O.V.E.R.—the League of Violent Economic Revolutionaries—had come to play in his hotels…and their plans to bankrupt him had already passed Go.

“Camryn, novice agent #36-DD of B.L.I.S.S.—the international organization that fought crime anywhere from St. Croix to St. James Place—found her assignment clear: Protect the fanatical Sitall from financial ruin. But she’d have a big shoe to fill. And though she got to ride in the little race car (a pink Cadillac), she had a feeling that being a spy didn’t just mean free parking. Before this was over, she’d be rolling the dice with her heart.”

I just read my first one by this author recently, Eternal Pleasure. I am not typically drawn to alpha heroes and I wondered how she was going to pull off the hero as the ultimate male, the predator full of testerone. It was a lot of fun. Can't wait to read more by her.

*ears perk up*  Nina Bangs??  *gets excited*

This particular storyline doesn't especially appeal to me, since I'm used to Nina's vampire stories, but I'd probably enjoy this book if I read it!  I love her style.

And MMMM Eternal Pleasure.... is that book even for sale yet?  That's her latest and I had heard about a chance to get a preview copy via her website (didn't get one myself though).  It was good?

I enjoy everything I read by Nina Bangs, highly recommend her.
