In this book something rotten is happening in Cotter Creek, Okla. , at least reporter Savannah Clarion thinks so. There are too many ranchers dying in seemingly mysterious circumstances, No one will listen to Savannah except a skeptical Joshua West, who just returned to Cotter Creek after a year and a half in New York. Savannah and Josh works together and Savannah becomes a target. She thinks it's because of the investigation, but Joshua thinks it might be because a love affair gone badly has followed him home. This is a great book, must check it out!
