Good seeing everyone tonight. Looking forward to the book signing next week. Isn't it amazing how twenty years can add so much more depth to her writing. It was still good and a great love story but I love the later thrillers.

i always enjoy getting together for our book clubs and it was nice to be able to get together at the restaurant ahead of time.

It never ceases to amaze me how much an author's writing can change and develop over the years. I see it all the time and I am always blown away by the changes.

Book signing will be fun. Not sure if this is just a signing or a reading too but we'll find out. LAst time, Dakota did a reading of the first chapter, complete with sound effects and audience participation. SO it will be interesting to see what they do this time around.

Dakota is a riot too. Very nice lady and very funny. Don't really know Michelle but she was there as support for Dakota at her last signing and I got the feeling she's a lot of fun too.

UH OH, where is my mind! Kelley we're leaving Friiday morning for vacation, sorry,  I'll have to take a raincheck. I can't believe I forgot and here I've been so looking forward to spending time with my girls.

I'm renting a beach

I'm renting a beach house in Galveston for a week so all my kids, their spouses, and the granddaughters can get together. It will be the first time in over a year when we've all been together. I've gotta get lots of pics. to last me since it's so hard to get everyone together. Although it's gonna be hard for me to enjoy the beach after last summer being in Hawaii. There's just no comparison between the two.
