Another fun and compelling story from Melanie. The hero truly thinks the heroine is a thief, but can't stay away from her--and she wants him again despite everything..despite having to hide her secret child (and her sister's incriminating nature!). The twist of what happened in the past works well, giving the hero strong motive not to trust the heroine and making her the perfect accidental martyr, classic Presents. I thoroughly enjoyed it, even if I would have liked the hero to suffer a little more for his sins...
