Backcover Synopsis - JUST ONE KISS UNDER THE MISTLETOE COULD CHANGE HER WHOLE LIFE!
Lovely Miss Harrison has long turned her back on the frivolities of the Marriage Mart and dedicated herself to helping her father. But this Christmas everything changes--the unforgettable Jack Stanton is back! No longer the charity boy determined to make good, he has become one of the richest men in England. Driven to succeed and used to getting anything he wants, Jack makes it clear that he wants Emma.
And as the Yuletide festivities throw Emma into his company, she can't help but wonder if she made the right choice seven years ago...
Personal Opinion - Michelle Styles as jumped quite nicely from Ancient Rome to Victorian England. This book shows the jump England took from the Regency to the Victorian Period. The social scene has switched from total nobility to include a larger number of "trade people" in the upper echelons of society. I thought the storyline was quite good and the clashes between Jack and Emma interesting.

So pleased
I am so pleased you enjoyed it.
An Impulsive Debutante which is out in the UK in Spetember ( I am sorry I don't when it will be out in retail in the US) is the sequel. My daughter begged for Lottie Charlton's story so I had a chance to revisit the world.
all the best,

I'll have to read this, Mona....
It does sound different from the others I've read from her. Piques my curiosity!

I have this one somewhere
I have this one somewhere and her Roman historicals---two non-medieval periods that I know not much about but which intrigue me. Nice blog. I am glad this one shows some of the differences between periods---I need that. I like very much that HH does more time periods than just regency. I wish they would list what time period the books are on eHarlequin for shoppers. .
