This is the third book in the Demon World series by Emma Holly. It tells the story of Prince Pahndir (an exiled Yama), Beth, and Charles. Beth and Charles are humans who are helping out on an archelogical dig near Bhamjran when they meet Pahndir. Pahndir realizes that togther, they might be able to help him find release during his heat cycle, something he hasn't been able to do since the death of his wife. Beth and Charles are both facinated by Pahndir, but afraid at the same time. It takes a kidnapping to make them realize the depths of their feelings for him.
This story is not for the faint of heart. It is very erotic and has scenes of M/M, M/M/F, and M/F sex. They are well written and the emotion comes through as more important the physical acts. Recommended.
