My Review:
The heroine understandably wants to avoid getting entangled with her boss... again. She got burned by her ex-boss. This time she lets the hero/boss go on believing she's got a live-in lover, so that he will keep his distance. Once she slips up and he finds out that the supposed "lover" isn't on the scene anymore, she doesn't have a lot of defense against his pursuit. He sees no reason they couldn't have an affair. I thought the hero got blamed a bit for the sins of the heroine's ex-boss, and really if I was the hero I would feel bad because I was constantly being compared. She eventually ran from him. I liked when he found her again at another office, he wouldn't allow her to leave his sight, wouldn't let her out of the room.
My Rating: 3/5 stars, pretty good book.
