I have to say I enjoyed the first book and the second equally. This is the second book in the "Gods of the Night" series. I definitely recommend reading the first book because this one seems to pick up where the first one left off. I am dying to know more about some of the other characters in the book and just can't wait for the next one. This series has a different flavor than other paranormals and I think the author did a great job. It's packed with lots of supernatural creatures and action. This is Al and Jenna's story. The main characters from the previous book make their appearance as well. The story line is set in Philadelphia this time and Jenna Maloy is a key player in helping to get rid of the next evil creature. She also helps Al to control his beast within and possibly love for the first time.
