Dr Mitch Tenney is a great doctor but an abrasive person when dealing with other employees and patients. He is assigned to get training from Sam Ryan on how to deal with people and not make everyone mad so he can keep his job. You get a back ground on Mitch and understand why he is like he is and he does change during the book. Sam has some issues also but is very good at what she does even though her father does not think she should be doing what she is doing.
Hope we see some more of Mitch's partners and Sam's family in future books.
