Falling For King's Fortune by Maureen Child- Desire 1868
Where do I start? I fell in love with Travis King, in Maureen's second book... as I started this series out of order and will finish it that way it seems. But Jackson and Casey's story blew me away. I giggled, I sighed and I cried at the end because along with Casey I fell head over heels in love with Jackson King.
It was extremely hard to put this book down as a I cooked dinner for the kids and engaged in family life this weekend. I also received the usual stares of disbelief when I laughed out loud or pumped my fist into the air with a triumphant yes! And of course they all love it in this house when I cry or when I have to tell my thirteen year old daughter what a good book it was, but sorry, you're too young to read it.
Read this book. Seriously, you'll love it.
Falling for King's Fortune
According to airline tycoon Jackson King, business always triumphed over romance, and babies were best appreciated from afar. That was, until the beautiful stranger with whom he'd shared a mind-blowing tryst revealed he had fathered her baby daughter.
If Casey Davis thought she could drop a bombshell like that and just disappear, she didn't know Jackson. For a King would never deny his own flesh and blood. He was determined to have his daughter under his roof…even if it meant marrying a near stranger.
