The final book to the Study series continues the path of excellence started by the first book. In this one, Yelena is looking for Ferde, the Soul Stealer, and ends up finding a whole heap of trouble. Unfortunately, she has to move beyond her ring of friends and find the answer in herself, but can she do that and if she does, will she be able to live to see her future? Excellent book, I still worry about her HEA and hope we get to see her in Opal’s stories. I also have high hopes for seeing many of the rest of our friends – Leif, Dax and the others. Highly recommend this story. I was a bit hesitant to
I was a bit hesitant to try this one as I didn't think I was in the mood for a serious story and while, it may have been true that I would have enjoyed it even more in another mood, the book was good enough that it grabbed me and wouldn't let go until I was finished.
