Series: Steeple Hill Love Inspired

 Wade Dalton moved to an island off of Florida in order to recover from his Hodgkin's disease treatments.  He was working in the area as a forester.  He was looking forward to some peace and quiet.  However, Cassie and her sister's four kids moved in next door and  no one can keep four kids quiet.   Cassie sister and husband are in prison  and Cassie is determined to keep the four kids together even though she is only in her early twenties.  Taylor, the oldest, is a shy quiet resevered girl.  In contrast Mykayla, her sister is a live wire.  Jack is a typical boy and Danny is a typical toddler. Wade is over ten years older than Cassie and he was jilted by his fiance when he got sick. He finds that he is falling for her but feels the age difference is too great.

I really liked all the characters and I liked the story premise.  The book wasn't overly preachy but I found it repeated itself a lot.  I picked it up because I like books with kids in them. 

When I get a little money I buy books, and then if any is left I buy food and clothes..-- Erasmus
