I love Catie's writing.  The characters, plots, storylines have such depth to them.   This is a fast paced series that caught my interest from page 1. 

Margrit Knight is a human lawyer who has become the Negotiator between the different members of the Old Races.   Soon war is threatening to break out between the old races with the humans in the middle.  It is up to Margrit and others of the old races to keep the war from happening.

I am not a skilled writer but I truly enjoyed this series and am looking forward to reading the long awaited continuation of the Walker Papers.
