My Review:
They were dating ten years ago, she was 20, he 24. They were both immature about their relationship and they were both at fault in ways. The heroine left him at the altar, taking a payout from his father. They come together in the present for closure. As soon as the hero sees her again, he wants her back, at first for sex but she makes it clear that if they have anything between them again it can't be just sex for revenge's sake, so they open up to each other and try a relationship. I think this was very unique and very honest a take on exes with a bad history between them, I've never heard a revenge story work like this before.
I enjoyed the story, I understood why they broke up and how much better off they were now to start again when they were more mature. Emotional maturity! They ended up happy together, it was right for them.
My Rating: 4/5 stars, very good revenge story because no one deliberately tried to hurt the other person, it was very loving and accepting/forgiving (passionate too).

I read it when it first came out and I really liked this one too. My notes say I loved it. I also liked that emotional maturity. This one was very good.
