Okay I love Lucy Gordon! This book actually made my eyes water (yes, cry). Ruth is a wonderful character! Her love for Pietro (who is great) and her kind and gentleness to Toni (the dog) is heart warming. I would give this book a 12 points out of 10 it was that good! It is on my keeper shelf forever.
