This book has it all: a beautiful woman, Elise, as heroine, and a gorgeous man, Vincente Faranese, as hero. Elise has been a trophy wife, trapped in a loveless marriage, who has lost the love of her life, Angelo. Vincente is seeking payback for Angelo's death, because Angelo was raised as his brother and he blames Elise for his death. But as he gets to know her he falls in love with her and is looking for a way to tell her and still keep her love. Unfortunately he's unable to do that and they agree to participate in a loveless marriage. How can they get beyond that and to the passionate love they both deserve?
