I bought this bio thinking it would be good to know more about the man whose ideas have influenced so many writers, screenwriters and directors. It's a dense read, packed with detail, so it really slowed down my reading numbers! By the end I wasn't sure what to think of Jung the person, or the theorist--might have start over! The people he met and worked with, the early development of psychoanalysis, the places he lived and travelled, world events and social changes all made for very interesting reading.
