Kristin Hardy, Always a Bridesmaid: part of a series, and it took me a while to struggle through the information about subsidiary characters so I could understand the main couple. A social worker who'd had a horrible childhood is the heroine, and the hero an editor who was indirectly responsible for harmful newspaper stories about a member of her family. I liked the serious issues addressed.
