Three stories intertwined with magic and legend. The stories start with the Island of Kell in 521AD,which is said to be enchanted and inhabited by sirens. Prince Aedan wakes there to find himself in the presence of the myth herself. Then the story moves forward to 1721 when the Earl of Kell is targeted by an assassin. Only the assassin is not what she seems..or maybe she is. And finally, in 2004 Kell in inherited by Ruri Kell and she finds herself inexplicably drawn to the island. But a funny thing happens on her way to sell the island.
