I demolished the last of the Bloodrunners trilogy over the May 2-4 long weekend and LOVED it. I admit I was a little hesitant to read it at first because it was Brody's story instead of Cian's (Note to Rhyannon if you're reading this: I REALLY want to read Cian's story!!!!), but that all worked itself out after just a few pages. I now consider it a must-read.
This book is steamy hot and full of excitement too. The chemistry between Brody and Michaela crackles. Yummy! I was also pleasantly satisfied with all of the resolutions to the other outstanding plot points in the miniseries.
This is definitely not a stand-alone title, but if you've read the other two books (or even one of the other two books), I highly recommend this one.

Bloodrunners
I read on her website that she has two more books in this series coming out in 2009. Should I wait to read these or is there some closure?
"It is to the credit of human nature that, except where its selfishness is brought into play, it loves more readily than it hates."
Nathaniel Hawthorne – The Scarlet Letter
Oooh... who are the other
Oooh... who are the other two books going to be about?
Books 4 & 5
It doesn't say on her website. I've joined her newsletter though and maybe she'll say as the publishing gets closer.

What's the name of the guy
What's the name of the guy who is an ELDER (and not a blood runner)? I'd like to see his story.
Yes, there is some closure
Leanne, The three books in the Bloodrunners trilogy should definitely be read together - it would be hard to jump in if you missed the first or second books. But there's no need to wait for books 4 & 5. You will definitely find satisfying closure at the end of book 3.
Janet, One of the elders is Graham. Another is Dylan. Is it one of those that you're talking about?
