I know that this book is going to be discussed all over the place and Kathy (kalyko) has a place on her blog where everyone will be going to discuss it. So I'm just gonna give a few thoughts that I had along the way.
I read until 3am last night and had to stop because my eyes were getting all unfocused on the words. I hate when that happens. I had Brother speculations running through my head and I couldn't help but play out every paranoid thought in my mind while I waited for sleep.
As with all of the books in this series you get points of view of many different characters. I love the way we see so much through so many and enjoy the mulitiple stories happening at the same time. With that said (please no one throw rotten vegetation at me for this next comment) I wish that I had gotten to read more of Phury and Cormia. Most of their struggles with each other was dealt with seperately and I was left wanting just a little more interaction between the two of them. That is my only criticism of Lover Enshrined, and even that didn't take away from the wonderful story that was told.
And now I am stuck waiting until the next book. Many questions were answered in this book but just as many questions were created.

Glad you finished...
and I can see your point about Phury and Cormia. I don't agree, but I also was one of the ones who had to duck rotten veggies after V's story as I wasn't as thrilled over that one.... whereas this one was PERFECT for my tastes. So I can totally relate in that sense.....

Thanks Debbie.
I knew saying something might rub people the wrong way but it is truly how I felt and I still thoroughly enjoyed the book.
Hi Jill!
I think you are right - there was so much other good stuff going on that Phury and Cormia did tend to take a back seat. I hope their relationship will evolve more in future stories.

It's going to be at least a month to six weeks before this gets
this far, so I'll have to put my impatience on the back burner as it will get me strictly nowhere
Not like I've nothing to read in the interim

Hi Sadhbh, I'm curious if you pre-ordered this book and it's still going to take that long to get to you? Either way, that's gotta suck when we are all reading and chatting about your favorite series also.
