Made for Each Other

Made for Each Other

Book  Sixty-One:  “Made for Each Other”, Irene Brand, Steeple Hill Love Inspired, June, 2008, Larger Print

Love Inspired inspirational stories always make all the other romances I read more enjoyable. Reading  a Love Inspired romance is like touching home and getting your bearing straight for another venture out into the world. While all romances are about love, the Inspiration is about a greater love – a love that encompasses the world around us – a love greater than ourselves.

“Made for Each Other”, involves two souls who have been severly disappointed in love. The hero is plagued by a particually painful betrayal which unjustly damaged his reputation. The heroine married too young, got immediately pregnant, and developed a dislike for sex that has fostered a lifelong guilt after her husband died. The child is now a very difficult teenager on the verge of going out of control.

The hero does counseling and the heroine works at a school where she has occasion to meet the hero. The teenage daughter doesn’t like the idea of her mother dating now that she is on the verge of dating herself.

“Made for Each Other”,  has its share of conflict, pain, courage and personal growth. The spiritual element provides gateways to understanding among the characters and makes the story work.

This is a story with twists that I have not encountered before and I found it insightful. I enjoyed “Made for Each Other”, and look forward to many more Irene Brand romances.

Excellent Inspirational Romance

Thanks,

Vince
