This summer, Bitter Creek Ranch will host the grandest social event in many years--the lavish wedding of Clay Blackthorne and Jocelyn Montrose. Before walking down the aisle, however, Jocelyn learns that her betrothed's bitter rival, North Grayhawk, is planning a hostile takeover of the Blackthorne family business. So she offers her body to North--if he'll call off his plans. But Jocelyn's actions and the emergence of an old flame confuse Clay and cast doubt on who will be the next Mrs. Blackthorne.
Wow! What a suspenseful read! I enjoyed the drama of the family fued, and the drama of the world of Texas politics.
