The P. I. By Cara Summers

Private Investigator - slash- Crime Writer Kit Angelis is closing up shop when in comes trouble. Blonde - his favourite flavour. But this damsel really is in distress; covered in blood, she;s carrying a wedding dress and a recently fired gun and a bagful of cash with Kit's card. And she can't remember a thing....

Suddenly Kit is embroiled in a deadly mystery - and the key is this sultry stranger. She might be a killer or really an innocent. All Kit is sure of is that this woman is going to be the hottest thing that ever happened to him.....

Which I completly agree with. The lust between the two is HOT!!! They can't even touch each other without going up in flames. There is more LUST in this story than Love which I don't mind but the places they make love (or should I say have sex!!) is totally out of this world. (in the office - understandable but they just met or in the alley where they are being chased by the villans)

I enjoyed this story very much. The story was  very intriguing and moved forward quite quickly. The secondary characters were beautifully introduced. All the brothers are involved somehow in the solving of this mystery (not about the woman but of the mystery at the church which the woman is involved with) The interaction between the brothers was very endearing and realistic.

I am eager to read more books in this serial as I want to know what happens to the other characters and the unveiling of the church mystery.  I wonder if the chemistry between Kit and the woman is evident between the other brothers and their loves.

I loved Aunt Cass with her psychic abilities and her predictions and how well the brothers and everyone accept it.

Fab story!!!!!
