Pregnant on the Upper East Side? by Emilie Rose, SD Nov 08 #1903
Ahh…Did you ever read a book that just had that “ah” factor? Well, for me, this was that type of book. I liked both the h/H in this book. This author creates believable, engaging characters. She gave strength to the heroine. Her alpha male has a kind side and has an ability to correct his direction when he is going off on a tangent. Thumbs up!
Legal eagle, Alex Harper is a sharp lawyer that never plans to become ensnared in another relationship anytime soon. Sweet, party-girl, Amanda Crawford is sour on men. Men have stiffed her three times too often and she does not intend to ever get involved again. There is only one problem and that is the chemistry and pheromones generated between them. What type of explosion is this chemical reaction going to have?

I am not going to read this
as I have been tempted by this series since it came out. I need to reduce my tbr-not add to it. That's my story for today but who knows what it will be tommorrow.
Hi Nancy, Orchid and Christa.
When I get a little money I buy books, and then if any is left I buy food and clothes..-- Erasmus

Orchid-Hin: I hear you
Orchid-Hin: I hear you about the TBR. Mine keeps getting bigger and bigger. I was not as thrilled with the last book in this series, but they can stand alone. So, if you wanted to read just one--this is the one I would pick.
Christa: Alex ranks up near the top of my list of alpha males. Enjoy the book.
Kaelee: As I said above, this book will stand alone. There are certain h/H that just work well together and this is one of them.
Cady: I have had mixed feelings about this series also, but this book was worth reading.
