The Private Concierge by Suzanne Forster
The Private Concierge has a diverse cast of characters who all have flaws which truly makes them so very realistic and likable. This is an interesting study of what drives people to do an assortment of things to get ahead.
Lane has created a business catering to the whims and desires of the rich and famous thus her business is a private concierge to those that can afford her.
I found myself routing for Lane and Dar who left their homes at very young ages. I wanted them to succeed. Nick was a cop who had arrested Lane at 15. 15 years later and he still hasn't forgotten her.
Great character development and suspense. Who is killing and character assassinating her customers kept me up until 3:30 AM.

diverse characters
Suzanne seems to mix such an array of diverse characters. I change my mind several times of who the culprit might be. With a lot of her books I question the the H and h and wonder how they can ever be together with their past. Dar was a favourite character too. I was cheering for him and Lane too and was booing Val a couple of times

Nice blog. I was rooting for them too. I liked Priscilla in a love to hate her way. I liked Jai, the mouse. aYou are right about the diverse characters ---that is what intrigued me so much. I hope we see some of these characters again in future books!
