The Questioning Miss Quinton (March 2002)
Victoria Quinton promises her father as he lays dying that she will find his murderer. Her only clue is a snuffbox engraved with the initials P.S. Her investigation quickly slims to four suspects, one of whom is Patrick Sherbourne, the Earl of Wickford. Wickford, however, joins Victoria in her search for the killer. Together they find the person who killed Victoria's father as well as a mutual attraction to each other.
This book has languished in my TBR since I first ordered it in March 2002, and I have to say that I would not recommend that anyone seek it out. I was disappointed that the book was not better as I generally enjoy Kasey Michaels' writing. However, this book seemed disjointed to me and I struggled through it.

TBR--The Born Readers
The school year is going
The school year is going well. My group this year is much better than last year's group. They are all very sweet kids, as opposed to some of the rather malicious ones I had last year. My main problem this year is that the kids are never quiet. When I take a breath, they start chattering away. It gets a little tedious, but it helps to know that they are sweet kids.
How are things going with you?
