Rethinking Knowledge Management:
From Knowledge Objects to Knowledge Processes
edited by Claire R. McInerney and Ronald E. Day
(Springer ebooks - 2007)
Rating: Okay
This is exactly as exciting as it sounds. I had to read the entire book for class, two chapters a week, so I figured I might as well post it here and have it count towards the site totals.
Each chapter is by a different Knowledge Management specialist, discussing a new trend or idea in the field. The book is quite poorly edited (hello, proofreaders???), which made me crazy.

Haha, thanks Debi, I was sooo glad when that class finally finished last week! Just think about how much time I spent reading that book that could have been spent on fantasy or mysteries instead...
weird
how books we HAVE to read don't seem as good as books we WANT to read

I'm sorry
but I'm glad it's you and not me. Of course I've probably read my share in the way, way past but don't remember them. It gets easier to have a selective memory the older you get.

re: books we have to read
Christa: So true! I remember back in high school, hating most of the books I had to read for English class, even if I'd read them before and enjoyed them. Simply the fact that I was forced to read them made them sooo much less interesting.
Deb: I should definitely work on the selective memory to get this one out of my head. I'm thinking follow it up with a few fantasies/paranormals...
