Rhett Butler's People

This is the authorized novel based on Margaret Mitchell's Gone With the Wind. 

 This was an excellent book.  It tells the story of Rhett Butler from a young age until he was older man.  It doesn't just focus on his life alongside Scarlett O'Hara, but rather focuses on all the men, women, children, and slaves that surrounded him growing up and becoming the man he was. 

I loved this book and highly encourage you to read it!
