This is the first of the Landis Brothers, BUT it is also the last of the Beachcomber three foster sisters. I have wondered what had happened to them and now I know. And the restaurant, so sad and happy what happens to it. But of course we get our happy endings all around. I really liked Ashley in this story. She was strong and considerate and a good politician's spouse. Matthew is also a really good person. Wasn't always so sure about his campaign manager though
