Riggs Park

    In flashbacks we learn of the heroine and her best friends life from the mid 50's to present day.     Our characters, Marilyn, Steve (M's brother), Penny, Wish and Barbara grew up in the Washington, DC neighborhood of Riggs Park that has become a poor area now.     Interesting but the characters are even older than me LOL  I found the book to be a little depressing as Marilyn's health is failing and Barbara's life is in turmoil but it was good to read their stories and their best friend's Penny effect on their present day lives. Good book
