Amy is always wondering since he is an American who speaks Portugese,and his eyes look very familiar,but how?
All too soon,she is aware that someone is out to kill Juan,and when she sees his unusual birthmark she realizes he is Micah McKnight,her best friend's brother who has been presumed dead after one of his Navy SEAL assignments. Now life really becomes more intense for Amy as she fears once Micah regains his memory he will hate her for what her mother did to cause his trouble.Amy informs Micah's family he is alive,but alot happens before they arrive for their joyful reunion.
The descriptions are so vivid,I felt I was in the jungle,and right along with Amy and Micah during the attempts on his life. The storyline is excellent and not at all as I expected,but made it a great read. I look forward to the next book by Lynette Eason,and highly recommend this to everyone.
