This book will keep you busy with all of this twists and turns. Mike McNair, a soldier for the ultra-secret, anti-terrorist group called the SDDU, goes AWOL to rescue his ex-lover, Tessa Nielson when her Alaskan research station comes under attack. He does not receive a very warm reunion, because she blaims him for her failure to during Special Forces training. In case running from abductors is too boring, they also come across stolen nuclear arms.
The book is full of twists and turn and very exciting. Definitely worth reading. Plus the way the couple work out their problems is also great. They learn to revel in each other's strengths.
